If you’re a customer of The Mortgage Works and have your email address registered with us, you’ll hear from us with updates and essential information relevant to you as a landlord. We send emails from the following addresses:

Book an appointment
Apply for a new mortgage, remortgage, or further advance with a member of our Buy to Let team.
You can choose telephone or video call.
Appointments are available 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).
Complete the mortgage statement request form and we’ll post your documents to the correspondence address on your mortgage account. It can take up to 10 working days for your statement to arrive.
Certificate of Interest:
Complete the certificate of interest form and we’ll send your documents to you by email. It can take up to 5 working days to arrive.
Redemption statement:To completely pay off your mortgage before the end of its term, also known as a mortgage redemption, please visit our Mortgage redemption page.
