Making a regular mortgage payment

If you’re unable to pay your monthly payment by direct debit, then please use the following details to pay us, depending on the type of mortgage you have:

Setting up or changing direct debits

A direct debit can only be set up or changed if it is in the name of at least one of the account holders. Direct debits from a bank account held by a person(s) or business not named on the mortgage account aren’t accepted.

You can set up or change a direct debit by contacting us. We’ll need at least 10 working days before your payment is due to set up or change a direct debit.

Making a redemption payment

A redemption administration charge may be applicable, as well as any early repayment charges. Please see our tariff of charges for more information.

We’d then recommended you contact us directly to confirm you’d like to close your account with the payment you’ve sent. We’ll provide you with written confirmation within 8 working days from the date we receive your funds.

Redemption funds can only be accepted from a bank account held solely in the name of a person(s) or business named on the mortgage account.
