The earlier you contact us, the easier it is for us to help you.

Even if you are not in payment difficulty now, but think you may have payment difficulties in the future, we're happy to talk to you and tell you what we can do to help.

Contact us

We prefer you to telephone us to explain your circumstances, so we can take them into account. The staff in our Collections Department are trained to deal with payment difficulties, and have lots of experience in helping customers. They will look carefully at your individual circumstances, and treat you sympathetically and fairly.

If you prefer, you can write to us. If you want someone else to talk to us on your behalf, whether a relative, friend, or debt counselling organisation, we'll be happy to speak with them, but we will need your authorisation.

We can provide you with links to other sources of information, for example,
free debt counselling organisations who offer help and advice, an explanation of the role of credit reference agencies, and how you can find out what information they hold about you.
