I’m a customer and would like some advice on my options

Please contact an independent financial advisor who can provide you with advice. Alternatively, if you're reaching the end of your deal period and want to switch your existing deal (Buy to Let or Residential) you can use our Online Mortgage Switcher if you already know the deal you'd like to switch to.

I want to apply for a new TMW mortgage

Whether you're new to TMW or already have a mortgage with us, we can only accept applications for new Buy to Let mortgages from independent financial advisers. We’d recommend you visit Unbiased to find your local independent financial adviser.

I’m having trouble meeting my mortgage payments

We’d prefer you to call us on the number below, as the earlier you talk to us about a payment problem, the sooner we may be able to reach an agreement that suits us both and takes the stress out of the situation.

Our Collections department is trained to deal with payment difficulties and have lots of experience in helping customers. They’ll look carefully at your individual circumstances and treat you sympathetically and fairly.
